The Empowering Epping Forest Female Entrepreneurs Programme offers a support programme tailored to your needs. We understand that starting a business can be a daunting prospect, and doubts may hold you back. Our goal is to help you explore your business idea, providing the knowledge and support necessary to get started.

We will be with you every step of the way, answering your questions, offering honest advice, and sharing expert knowledge. Together, we will navigate this journey, and we can’t wait to see you succeed!

The process:

Informal Chat

Every individual will begin with a call with our programme team to identify their needs and the best route to meet these.

Our pre-start support includes providing business information, advice, and personalised guidance to help you refine your business idea. Join us for a business start-up bootcamp to gain a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to run a business, or participate in one of our topic-specific workshops designed for those in the pre-start phase.

This support is provided with online and in person workshops, 1-2-1 mentoring, peer group support, along with a business helpline, advice and resources.

We provide start-up support for businesses in the early stages of trading and less than 12 months old, offering information, advice, support, referrals, mentoring, and boot camps along with topic-specific workshops to suit your business needs.

Peer Networks

Both our pre start and start up support include invitations to join our free Peer Networks

Peer network is a Facilitated group interactions for ongoing peer support. Learn and grow alongside others is very similar stages, sharing insights, experiences, worries, highs and lows.

Activities include:

  • Q&A sessions – Open and honest questions about starting a business and running a business
  • The Case Study Event – An opportunity to share positive case study stories to empower, educate and inspire newer business owners
  • Business Buddy Legacy –

    An  opportunity to encourage & match participants on the programme to form business buddies that will regularly stay in touch to share support, resources and possibly collaborate going forwards.

Helpline

Participants have access to a free online support via a dedicated email address while involved in the programme. Our female lead team will be happy to assist with questions you may have along the way.

Mentoring

You will have the opportunity to receive up to 2 hrs of 1-2-1 free mentoring on specific issues identified during triage/workshop attendance. This will take place online at a convenient time to you.
